Nusa Penida ist ein wahres Paradies zum Schnorcheln und Tauchen. Nicht umsonst fahren täglich Boote von Bali und den anderen umliegenden Inseln die Riffe rund um Nusa Penida an. Vor allem für seinen Manta Point ist die Insel bei Tauchern weltweit beliebt. Hier ist die Chance wirklich sehr hoch, die riesigen Mantas unter Wasser zu sehen. Generell ist das Unterwasserleben noch sehr intakt und farbenfroh - im Gegensatz zu vielen anderen Gebieten, die wir bis jetzt in Südostasien gesehen. Für Nusa Penida solltest du aus unserer Sicht mindestens drei volle Tage einplanen, um alles zu sehen.
